09May20 - To confirm, we are open and operating with staff to support current order loads and safe social distancing practices. To date we have experienced very limited disruptions in supply, as many of our manufacturers and distribution centers support critical infrastructure needs such as generators, pumping systems, agriculture, and industrial lighting power, among others. We continue to fulfill orders on a daily basis.
At this time we are commonly seeing moderate delivery delays, usually only 1-2 days, among our primary shipping vendors USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We are experiencing a growing prevalence of individual parcels being significantly delayed or mis-routed, though this remains a small percentage of shipments. This of course varies by location. We are noticing more logistics challenges on international deliveries, so please be extra careful to confirm your address and phone information for carriers to correctly contact you. If considering drop shipments away from your primary business or residence address, consider your ability to get to that location to retrieve parcels.
Stay safe and be well.

We prefer contact in writing using this form

We can usually get the phone during office hours, but as a small business, we must prioritize local work. Please leave a message and we’ll get back with you as soon as we can.
Why do we prefer contact in writing?
Well, let's be candid. We are a small business and with phone SPAM SO prevalent these days it is simply difficult to prioritize the phone over other productive tasks, such as filling your orders or repairing customers' equipment. Nearly 3 out of 4 calls we get during the day are SPAM ... I'm guessing you know our feeling. As with most phones these days, we also screen our calls somewhat, so do please leave a useful voicemail if we don't pick up. If you have a 'restricted number', 'unknown caller', 'Michigan caller' etc. as the name associated to your number ... well to be honest we'll let it go to voicemail. Honestly, this is just a sign of the times.
We can make productive sense of written communication on our schedule, very quickly, without interrupting another customer, or crawling out from under equipment and de-greasing first.
We hope you understand.
Written contact also allows us to do just a bit of homework before calling or writing you back and hopefully providing expedient answers to your questions.
