Most parcel carriers are running smoothly and consistent with their published transit times, without shortage, but subject to weather and near term holiday delays.

Why do we prefer contact in writing?
Well, let's be candid. We are a small business and with phone SPAM SO prevalent these days it is simply difficult to prioritize the phone over other productive tasks, such as filling your orders or repairing customers' equipment. Nearly 3 out of 4 calls we get during the day are SPAM ... I'm guessing you know our feeling. As with most phones these days, we also screen our calls somewhat, so do please leave a useful voicemail if we don't pick up. If you have a 'restricted number', 'unknown caller', 'Michigan caller' etc. as the name associated to your number ... well to be honest we'll likely let it go to voicemail. Honestly, this is just a sign of the times.
We can make productive sense of written communication on our schedule, very quickly, without interrupting another customer, or crawling out from under equipment and de-greasing first.

ORDER STATUS CODES:
If you have already placed an order, you may get eMails indicating one of the following order status updates:
This order status is automatically generated when your order is completed. This indicates your order is awaiting processing internally. In most cases, this will revise within one business day. In cases of backorders, you should receive an eMail with backorder lead time information, if lead time is longer than indicated on the part page. In some cases, this status may hold for 1-5 days as inventory is located and consolidated for shipment.
This status generally indicates that your order is now dispatched to warehouse staff for packaging and shipping. Typically shipping will occur within 1 business day of receiving notification of Awaiting Shipment, but more commonly within a few hours.
This status indicates all of your order has been shipped and the eMail will include part numbers shipped and tracking information.
This status indicates a portion of your order has been shipped and the eMail will include part numbers shipped and tracking information. The items not identified as shipped will be shipped as quickly as available from the manufacturer.
