• CORROSION PREVENTION:
• When used in salt spreader or seeder, fertilizer applications, this unit will require additional corrosion prevention
• While your OEM machinery may have had additional corrosion protection, Peerless units are used in many applications and are shipped with cast aluminum housing
• Customers have indicated truck-bed liner or RustOleum® LeakSeal Flexible Rubber Coating may work well.  Also clear epoxy paints have proven to substantially improve service life
• Protect all linkages when applying supplemental coatings
• Mounting Holes:  Most original applications relied on self tapping bolts.  Mounting holes may need to be tapped if not using self tapping bolts.
